When all seems lost,
and there is nothing left to say,
carry the banner quietly,
take your life seriously,
find a way through,
try to find truth,
the world still
needs you.
Don’t let the crazy ones win,
they don’t deserve it,
do not abandon us
to cowards and fools,
do what you can do
to bring reality
to me and you,
and breathe.
