A Poem
You are not worthy,
Get over it.
Nobody is.
It was never the point.
You are not better,
Just forget it.
Remember this,
No one survives this joint.
It isn’t about our survival,
The world isn’t saved by your arrival.
We have enough saviors in place,
This isn’t a messiah race.
Know who you are,
See your heart within.
Chase away the darkness
With the flame you were given.
Do not leave your light unlit,
Join your voice to the song,
For Love has told you this,
You’ve known it all along.
